One Shop Repair operates as a marketplace connecting businesses, contractors, and individuals. The Company does not:

2. Use of the Platform

Businesses and contractors are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Individuals and businesses must verify the credentials and reliability of contractors or service providers before engaging their services.
3. Subscription Fees and Payments

Contractors and businesses may need to pay subscription fees to access platform features.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Failure to pay the required fees will result in suspension or termination of access to platform features.
4. Payments Between Users

One Shop Repair shall not be liable for payment disputes between users. Any use of escrow services will be governed by separate terms, which users must agree to before initiating escrow.

One Shop Repair is not responsible for payment disputes, delays, or cancellations unless explicitly stated in escrow terms.
5. Disclaimer of Liability for Services Rendered One Shop Repair is not liable for:

The conduct, actions, or omissions of Users, businesses, or contractors.

Disputes, damages, or losses arising from services or transactions between Users.

Misrepresentation, fraud, or failure to perform by contractors or businesses.
6. User and Contractor Responsibilities

Businesses and Contractors: Must hold appropriate licenses, certifications, and insurance and comply with applicable laws and professional standards.

Individuals and Businesses: Must conduct due diligence and verify credentials before engaging with contractors or businesses. Users agree to promptly report any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity observed on the platform to One Shop Repair.
7. Platform Integrity and Acceptable Use Users agree to:

Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Refrain from using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

Respect the intellectual property and confidentiality of other Users and the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Shop Repair is not liable for:

Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Errors, outages, or interruptions in platform performance.

Unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents.
9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Shop Repair, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or connected to (i) their breach of this agreement, (ii) use of the platform, or (iii) violation of any third-party rights.
10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Users must be resolved directly between the parties.

For disputes involving One Shop Repair, Users agree to binding arbitration under New Jersey law. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will be in Newark, New Jersey, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on One Shop Repair are the Company's intellectual property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
12. Changes to Terms and Privacy Policy

One Shop Repair reserves the right to modify these terms and the privacy policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Force Majeure

Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyberattacks, and power outages.
15. Severability
